Does anyone watch the Sopranos?

I just watched the final episode. Just wondering what people thought of the end. It seems like there's alot of evidence suggesting that Tony was killed, but it also seems like they could go either way. I've also read about how the end is more a portrayal of how Tony's life will be, consumed with fear. So who knows. Apparently there's rumors about a possible movie. Also, they didn't really tie up the Silvio situation in the hospital.

Where to start:

First - Silvio isn't a major plot line, but we are told "he'll never walk again" which means, he's pretty much useless to Tony;

Second - The writer/creator David Chase has already stated he left the ending to keep us guessing. I don't know where you're figuring in that we can presume Tony to be killed, let alone that it can go either way. There was nothing to indicate anything other than T having dinner with the family, keeping on eye on everything around him. The creator also tells us that the bathroom scene is an homage to the Godfather, when Michael Corleone goes to get the gun. However, we're left wondering whether there is a gun.

Third - We're also told by D.C. "there will never be a movie" and although I'd love to see one, James Gandolfini has stated that he will "never reprise the role again" many times. It took them almost 3 years to get this last season out. Don't hold your breath for a movie.

Lastly - There's no one coming for Tony. His enemy is dead at the hands of his ally, Carlos (I believe his name is).

I guess only time will tell, but I'm just waiting for the last season to be put together properly in a dvd offering so I can finish off my collection.
